Who you’re writing to

Redd Walks is a small, independent team based in Madrid. We research every stop ourselves — in libraries, on foot, and over coffee with locals — and we record, write and maintain the tours in-house. When you write to us, you reach the same people who make the walks, which is why fixes and corrections actually happen.

What to write about

Anything at all — a pass that isn’t working, a question about which tour fits your trip, a story we got wrong, a street you think deserves a stop. Support questions usually get an answer within a day; everything else within two. We read every message ourselves — there is no ticket queue and no bot replies.

Before you write

A few answers that solve most messages straight away:

• Your pass starts the first time you open a tour, not when you bought it — nothing expires while you plan.
• Tours run in your phone’s browser already; you don’t need to download anything to walk today.
• Each pass covers one person on one device; for groups, the Group Pass covers up to five.
• If a tour didn’t play at a stop, check that location services are on for your browser — that’s the cause 9 times out of 10.
